Camelia Paduraru has spent over 15 years in NLP, with a practice built around three things: teaching, coaching, and research — all rooted in kindness and shared purpose rather than competition between schools of thought. Through Crafting Minds, her practice in Bucharest, she works with individuals and groups across Romania and beyond, translating rigorous NLP methodology into work that's genuinely accessible.
That accessibility is core to how she sees the field's future. Camelia envisions a global NLP network where people learn collaboratively, create real impact, and elevate the discipline's recognition worldwide — not a fragmented landscape of competing certifications with no shared standard. It's the same vision that drew her onto the IFNLP board: a belief that community-building and rigour aren't in tension, they're the same project.
As a Master Trainer, she continues to train and mentor practitioners while helping shape the standard IFNLP holds its accredited members to.
