Cancelling a booking

The refund you receive depends on how far ahead of the event you cancel:

• 8 weeks or more before the event: 50% refund
• Between 4 and 8 weeks before the event: 25% refund
• 4 weeks or less before the event: no refund

To cancel a booking or ask about a refund, please contact us and include your name and the event you booked.
