Discipline first, then transformation.
George Lee is military-trained, and that background shows in everything he brings to NLP: determination and discipline at his core, and a belief that structure is what makes transformation stick. Long before he found NLP, his career was built on the conviction that proper education empowers people to take charge of their own circumstances rather than wait for them to change.
That conviction carried directly into his training practice in Singapore, where he works with individuals and organisations to build the kind of discipline that makes lasting change possible. George joined the IFNLP board because he believes, as much as anyone on it, that everyone can be inspired and transformed through appropriate training and quality education — and that a credential is only worth holding if the standard behind it is real.
“Proper education empowers people to take charge of their circumstances” is the belief George keeps coming back to — in his own training room and on the board table alike.
