From corporate leadership to unlocking genius in others.
Jenn Noble-Beninger is Founder and CEO of Genius Unlocked Coaching Institute, holding sixteen internationally recognized coaching certifications and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her career began in corporate leadership, including a pivotal role in WebMD's transition to public trading and work with a billion-dollar bicycle component manufacturer — experience she later channelled into building her own proprietary multi-modal coaching system, integrating NLP, energetics, intuition, science and deep unconscious reprogramming.
Genius Unlocked generated $1 million in revenue through referrals alone during a pandemic year, and now offers board-certified training and eight internationally recognized certifications. Jenn has been featured on NBC, ABC, CBS, USA Today and the Los Angeles Tribune, is a three-time Amazon bestselling author and a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient.
Having overcome burnout, divorce, breast cancer and business betrayals herself, Jenn brings that lived experience directly into her coaching philosophy — helping others turn their own hardest chapters into their greatest strength.
