Beyond Certification
“You can only truly be accredited by someone who has not been involved in your training and development, transparency and openness all the way, the only way”
— Simon Gledhill
There are 100’s if not 1000’s of NLP trainers certified globally every year. At IFNLP we are only as good as those whom we actively promote the services of. With our trainer accreditation process, be prepared to be evaluated at a level far beyond that required by any other school or organization. Our trainer accreditation will evaluate your ability to teach all subjects from both Practitioner and Master Practitioner Levels and to be able to demonstrate all techniques.
Requirements:
• Maximum of 4 Delegates
• 3 Days
- Preparation and delivery of an on-the-spot topic which you will be made aware of on Day 1.
- Active participation in constructive and exploratory feedback with fellow delegates and evaluators.
We appreciate that different schools use different names for sometimes the same techniques and as such we will go through a list of subjects required when you enquire about accreditation to ensure you are prepared for success. For delivery, you may use notes and make use of a pre-prepared slide deck or flipchart.
Our trainer accreditation process is open to applicants from all schools of NLP and as such the requirements in terms of subject matter may change from year to year as the field grows and develops.
Further Information
With a maximum number of 4 attendees and a process taking 3 days, you will be required to demonstrate competency, knowledge,e and effectiveness across all areas in line with our mission to grow the credibility, acceptance, and therefore the impact of NLP and related modalities.
From research of other professional bodies within and outside of the field of NLP, we believe that the route to Mastery goes beyond what is typically required.
Accreditation is open to those who believe they are at the level of knowledge, competency, and experience to enroll and go through our accreditation process. Be prepared to be pushed to a point where you become fully aware that you are capable of even more.
