Termination & Cancellation
Either the IFNLP or you may terminate your membership account. In the event that IFNLP terminates your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination of your membership account will be provided. Notwithstanding that the IFNLP reserves the right to terminate a member’s account without giving due explanations.
If the IFNLP terminates your account, any pending purchases or deliveries on your account will be canceled and will not be dispatched or provided.
IFNLP reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating due reasons for any reason prior to processing payments and dispatches and or providing access to its services.
If you terminate your account prior to membership renewal or delivery of services provided, you will be entitled to receive membership and services until the due date of your membership renewal.
Refunds
If you have purchased tickets for any IFNLP events (physical or virtual), eg. IFNLP Annual Conference, Courses, Accreditation events, etc, the refund policy is:
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the event – 50% refund
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event – 25% refund
- Cancellation within 4 weeks or less before the event – no refund
All refund requests must be submitted to IFNLP via email. The requests will be reviewed and where legitimate the refund will be made. Where banking fees and admin fees are incurred these will be for the client’s account and will be deducted from the amount due.
If you have purchased advertising on the IFNLP website, the following applies:
- Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to publication date – Full refund less an admin fee of USD100.
- Cancellation between 2 to 4 prior to publication date – 50% refund less an admin fee of USD100.
- Cancellation of 2 weeks or less prior to publication date – No refund.
Any refunds of membership subscriptions (new and existing) will follow the rules set out in the IFNLP Members’ Terms & Conditions.
