“In an ever-evolving world, true mastery cannot exist. It is however possible to set a standard that can be raised on a regular basis and those who demonstrate competency, knowledge, experience, and commitment to ongoing development are eligible. Regardless of how they reached that point, these trainers are deserving of the title of Master.”
— Simon Gledhill
It is with the above in mind that we developed our Master Trainer Accreditation. The process will evaluate your knowledge of NLP and your ability to effectively train and deliver the material including demonstrations at all levels from Practitioner to Master Trainer level.
Requirements:
• Maximum of 4 Delegates
• 4 Days
- The teaching of a new technique which adds to the field or the delivery of a module suitable for inclusion in a Trainers Training syllabus which you believe would be a valuable addition to the field.
- That you prepare and present on short notice a presentation to a specific audience. The details of this will be given to you during the accreditation.
There will be other challenges during the 4 days and many opportunities for learning and growth. Some of these we change as we evolve: expect to be challenged, expect to learn from others, expect to have fun, make new connections and most of all truly know that you are worthy of the title Master Trainer.
Note that all presentations and demonstrations will be delivered without notes or access to a laptop or any other electronic devices.
We appreciate that different schools use different names for sometimes the same techniques and as such we will go through a list of subjects required when you enquire about accreditation to ensure you are prepared for success.
Further Information
With a maximum number of 4 attendees and a process taking 4 days, you will be required to demonstrate competency, knowledge, and effectiveness across all areas in line with our mission to grow the credibility, acceptance, and therefore the impact of NLP and related modalities.
From research of other professional bodies within and outside of the field of NLP, we believe that the route to Mastery goes beyond what is typically required.
Accreditation is open to those who believe they are at the level of knowledge, competency and experience to enroll and go through our accreditation process. Be prepared to be pushed to a point where you become fully aware that you are capable of even more.
To find out more set up a call with one of our team wherein we can ascertain your level of readiness and guide you forward to your successful accreditation as a Master Trainer by the IFNLP.
