Biography

Andrea began her career at Christie’s Auctioneers in London, where she developed a foundation in client service and operational excellence. Her ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service led to her promotion as Head of Client Relations. From there, Andrea transitioned to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a prestigious international law firm, where she honed her expertise in client relations.

Her passion for talent development and leadership naturally steered her towards the recruitment industry. In 2007, recognizing the limitations of traditional agency recruitment, Andrea founded her own boutique recruitment firm. Through this venture, she provided a more personalized, impactful approach to career development, guiding professionals with clarity and confidence.

Andrea’s interest in personal development led her to the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 2008. Fully immersing herself in the discipline, she became a Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis by 2010. Through consulting and executive coaching, she helped business leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams drive transformative change. Her expertise in NLP has empowered businesses to optimize performance, break through limitations, and achieve sustainable success.

A defining moment in Andrea’s journey came through her collaboration with Simon Gledhill, the founder of the International Federation of NLP (IFNLP). Inspired by his vision, Andrea became a founding member of IFNLP, contributing to the global advancement of NLP through research, innovation, and leadership.

Anita Saldana

Anita completed her trainer certifications in NLP, hypnosis, coaching, and timeline techniques in 2008. Driven by her mission to help individuals conquer trauma, improve communication, and break free from limiting thoughts, Anita continues to enhance her approach, guiding clients to break free from that which holds them back.

 

Anita aims to help people move forward and create the life they truly strive for. With vast global experience, her commitment to ethical practice led her to join the IFNLP, where she found a supportive community aligned with her values, fostering a genuine connection to humanity’s well-being.

Andrea Nash

All boards act in different ways; however, the composition and management of any board are essential to the smooth and sustainable running of a business. With board experience across numerous business sectors, Andrea is a huge asset to IFNLP, given her wide range of professional expertise of  25+ years. 

 

A “can do” professional who encourages and drives strategic decision-making whilst galvanizing board support and ensuring smooth communication and follow-through. Her impressive technical and interpersonal skills will assist the IFNLP in this crucial development phase and will ensure we are on track through all stages of growth.

George Lee

George is trained as a soldier, built with determination, and instilled with discipline. George is serious about deploying NLP and starting to make a greater impact in this world.

 

He strongly believes that the right form of education will get a person to be empowered, and start taking charge of their own situation.

 

Everyone can be inspired, and everyone can be transformed. It’s only a matter of receiving the right training, and meeting the right educator.

With over 15 years of experience in the realm of NLP, Camelia has dedicated her journey to teaching, coaching, researching, and fostering a community that embodies kindness, dedication, and a shared drive to make a difference.

 

As a firm believer in the transformative power of NLP and the importance of a supportive and inclusive community, Camelia is inspired to take things to the next level.
