Podcast: The Magic in the Ordinary
Topic Overview:
Anyone who has done NLP training knows that there is nothing ordinary about NLP. It is an extraordinary set of principles that start with the presuppositions of NLP.
We all step out of our trainings armed with knowledge and techniques and set about to change the outcomes for people. The adoption of the fundamental aspects of NLP into our everyday life, at work, how we manage our staff and how we interact with stakeholders – we can change the way that people think and without too much effort, fundamentally change the way they interact with the ordinary aspects of their lives.
We can do this by embracing the ideas of the power in language and the obscure areas of NLP that are not well celebrated. This podcast episode looks to unmask those areas of NLP that we can use or are already using (unconsciously) to get the best results for people either directly in coaching or indirectly in our interactions with them.
